Five9 Integration Reporting

Hello! We are just in the process of integration the Five9 CTI solution with our Oracle Service Cloud.

I was wondering if there was anyone that has done this integration already that might have some helpful reports in Oracle that they've developed. So far we have just the one that come standard with Five9, the "My Daily Call" report, but we'd like to do some reports that tie into the incident data like products/categories.
