Adding a Fillable Form to a Journey

Summary:

We are trying to figure out how to send fillable PDFs in Journey for new employees but when we attach one to a Journey, it sends as a PDF that cannot be filled in. The new employee then has to wait to fill out some documents when at work where as, in our old system, employees could be sent fillable forms before they even started. Thank you in advance!
