Issue with Health and Dental Plan Report – Incorrect Dependent Plan Information

Hi All,
I have an issue with the Health and Dental Plan Report. In the application, the employee only has a health plan, while both the employee and the dependent have a dental plan.
However, the report is showing that both the employee and the dependent have a dental plan and a health plan, but the dependent does not have a health plan in the application.
Could anyone please suggest a query to determine if the dependent really has a health plan or dental plan?
