Cascaded goals comments and ratings not saving in Performance document

Hi All

I have setup cascaded goals for a bunch of employees.

I am facing an issue when adding comments and ratings for these goals. Though i can input in the performance document the comments/ratings are not being saved.

Has anyone faced this issue before or can advise.
