Performance calibration through compensation plan - overall commment

Summary:

Hi all,

The business need is that, during the performance calibration using compensation module, you can update either overall performance rating and comment. It would happen that, if the manager rate the employee as high performer, he/she add also a comment to explain the evaluation. After the calibration, if could happen that the manger hierarchy change the evaluation from "high performer" to "medium performer". The system automatically sych the evaluation that will be shared to the employee. However the evaluation is not align with the comment because the manager comment was related to the previous manager evaluation.

How can we update the overall comments during the calibration or at the end of this one? Do you have any suggestion?
