Redwood: Self-evaluation issue with Calculate rating in Summary row

When clicking on Calculate, the performance document is auto-updated and semi-closes.

We have two evaluation topics that require ratings to be entered. Both topics require a section rating. The topic Summary row contains a Calculate link to calculate the topic rating. When the employee clicks on it, the system calculates the rating and immediately displays the message 'Document updated' and closes both evaluation topics. The page now only displays 'Additional Info' and 'Attachments' and no longer the two evaluation topics.

I was wondering if other customers observe the same behavior.
