A deleted CDO prevents deletion from the Eloqua Program

Hi there,

I deleted a CDO that had no dependencies (when I clicked Check Dependency) nor records in it. Then I moved to a Program which I tried to delete, but when trying to do so, I get a notification pop-up saying "This item cannot be deleted as it is being used in 2 other objects which are dependent on it. In order to delete this item you must first remove the dependencies below.". One of these objects being the deleted CDO.

Also, when trying to delete this dependency from the program canvas directly - Listener > View Sources, and perform the deletion Action of the Custom Object, i get following:
