Does anyone know how to embed video links on a Journey task?

Summary:

Hi there, we had a bad link attached to a Journey task. I corrected the link in the task itself via setup and maintenance but a new employee let me know they get an error on their end when trying to watch it. The link works so I'm wondering if there is more involved then just putting a different link on the task.
