Performance Management Fast Formula not working as designed

Hi,

We have an issue where one of the fast formulas that we use has not been working as it is designed and as it is supposed to be working.

This fast formula is used to assign Annual Performance Document of the employees (is included in the the eligibility profile).

As a result of which, Annua Performance Documents are being assigned to wrong/random dates to the employees.

As per fast formula, the performance document should be assigned 1 year after hire date post that, hire date - (substract) 30 days should be the criteria for performance document to be assigned.
Additionally, we have another DFF on assignment page and the performance doc should be assigned as per the DFF gets updated, so Last updated date - (subtract) 30 days (if DFF was updated on Sep 22, 2022 then employee should be assigned next performance document on August 23, 2023 and not on hire date.
