What is intended behaviour of the "Others and Delegated" filter on Redwood Compensation Info page?

Summary:

On the Line Manager version of the Redwood enabled Compensation Info page, the 'Reports' filter includes a filter called "Others and delegated". Can anyone explain the intended behaviour as we are seeing results we cannot explain? This filter is not available to Compensation Managers. Are we able to remove it from the dropdown to avoid confusion for our line managers?
