Summary:

Hi All,

We have created a Survey Checklist(Assigned Manually) and provided access to Recruiters. Another Onboarding checklist (Assigned by Nudge) is created and provided access to HR Analyst in security Tab of the checklist respectively.

The Profile option ORA_PER_JOURNEY_SECURITY_ENABLED is enabled to "Y".

But still both checklist are available for both Recruiters and HR analyst in Explore tab and also able to view all activities under activity tab.

Please let us know is something missing to control the data in both Explore and activity tab.
