How to Change the From Email Address (not the display name) to its Corresponding Environment

Recently, we had a P2T refresh and one thing that we found out that our email notification "from email address" is not pointing to its corresponding environment. This is currently happening in our TEST environment. Our email notifications are triggered using object workflows.

Before P2T:

From: DISPLAY NAME <TEST-envi-name@worklow.mail.oraclecloud.com>

After P2T:

From: DISPLAY NAME <PROD-envi-name@worklow.mail.oraclecloud.com>

How to change the "from email address" to its corresponding environment? FYI, for the Display Name, we modified it using BPM worklist.
