Closed compensation cycle resulted in coverage end date

Closed compensation cycle resulted in coverage end date
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We closed our Compensation Plan on 10/11/24 and got our annual raises effective 10/20/24.
When we did this, that end dated the coverage for our medical/dental and vision benefit plans the day before our raise and created a new coverage start date for the day of our raise
This resulted in a complete Medical/dental/vision de-enrollment for all employees with our benefit providers on the 10/11/24 feed.
Regular salary changes (promotions) life events are not doing this coverage end date so this must be specific to Comp Workbench raises?
