Is there any roadmap to include Tobacco Usage field for Dependents in Eligibility Profiles

Summary:

We have a requirement to create separate rates for Supplemental Spouse life plans for the dependents who are Tobacco users. But currently dependent eligibility profile doesn't have Uses Tobacco field. So we need to use fast formula for this requirement. But we are curious if Oracle has any roadmap to include this field in Dependent Eligibility profile.
