Customers update fields in bulk

Dear Oracle Community,

I have created a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) in the customer account screen and would like to update this field for all my customers in a bulk manner. I have attempted to use a spreadsheet but encountered difficulties.

Is there a viable workaround to update this DFF field for all customers using a bulk method, such as a spreadsheet or FDBI? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Kindly find attached a screenshot for the dff that has been created.
