Hiding tiles based on Jobs in Oracle fusion HCM

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the tile from Me based on the job of an Employee. i.e. - for Managers job from Me→ Time and Absence → Request Time Card needs to be hided, For Crew Job Me→ Time and Absence → Request Time Card needs to be enabled , how can we achieve this based on JOBS via personalization.

Please assist on this.
