How can you put a collection strategy on hold in Oracle fusion

Hello all,

We have a requirement to put collection strategy on hold. We expect that once the strategy is on hold it will stop all collection activities on hold.

Once hold is released the process will resume.

It is a standard feature in eBS.

Is it possible in Oracle fusion?
