Benefits allowing Dependents while change in dependent relationship that does not match option

Summary:

We have a situation after Open Enrollment Life event is triggered and employee benefit option has Emp + Domestic Partner already enrolled from previous year. However the emplyoee changed the dependents relationship type from Domestic Partner to Ex-Domestic Partner the OE life event that has already triggered is still allowing/showing the dependent without any restriction it is allowing to submit and close OE.

Event the Allowable Dependent or Beneficiary Designess has restriction to only have Group Relationship = Domestic Partner. We are expecting that after LE is triggered if the existing dependent type is different the system should not allow them to elect.
