How can we get Grade information to be visible to employees on Redwood My Compensation page?
Summary:
When accessing My Compensation page (Redwood), employees cannot see their Grade, Grade Step and Grade Ladder details but managers can see it. When I try to make it visible using Visual Builder, the attributes are available as show as Visible by default, but they are not appearing.
If the employee has the Compensation Manager role, only then can see this info on the My Compensation page so I assume there's a privilege I need to add to the employee role. Does anyone know what functional security policy or role that might be?
