Design Studio Changes not Reflecting in Job Application for the diversity and Disability section

Summary:

We have several rules created for different countries in Transaction Design Studio under the "Candidate Application Diversity and Disability" action. Recently we went to add a new rule specifically for Japan, when we updated the rule to include a diverisy category ontop of the typical diversity Status question, the status question disappeared from the job application while the new category queston is appearing. But both are marked as visible in the design studio action. Yes we have the diversity block turned on in our job application flow.

Oracle is refusing an SR until posted here, has anyone ran into this issue where both questions are marked visbile but only one is appearing?
