Business Requirement:

Initiative consists of qualification area 1 and qualification area 2.

Different departments are responsible for evaluating and finalizing their respective qualification area.

Qualification Area 1 - Evaluator 1

Qualification Area 2 - Evaluator 2

However currently Evaluator 1 is able to evaluate and finalize Qualification Area 2 when the qualification is in ready is for evaluation status.

Is there a way to restrict Evaluator 1 only to evaluate and finalize Qualification Area 1 and should not have access to finalize Qualification Area 2 ?
