Setup and maintenance permission

In Set up and maintenance> Manage auto accounting rule, with current user i can access the setup screen, but there is no data come after searching

Does i mean

  • current user - role has no permission to maintain auto accounting rule

Or

  • current user - role has permission to maintain auto accounting rule but have no permission to view current data?
