Our Spouse life plan was originally configured with a minimum of 10000, and increments of 10000. We just corrected it to minimum of 0 to allow for an interim plan with 0 to be created if someone enrolled using a life event with no guaranteed issue. Since then (and including OPEN for over 21000 employees) any time a life event was processed that updated spouse life, if someone already had spouse life, the default enrollment (using enrollment rule new-default, current - same enrollment and coverage) has dropped the spouse life by 10000 for the first LE evaluated after
