Primary location field

Hi all,

During the creation of a job requisition in the field "Primary location" i see three different location due to my geography hierarchy (Italy - ROMA, Italy - ROMA, ROMA, Italy). For our client this is a problem, because would prefer this field to be shown only in ROME value.

Is it possible? Or must all the values ​​deriving from my hierarchy appear in this field?
