Skip first manager and send approval for the second manager - Procurement

Hi Oracle,

I am facing the following problem: How Could I setup an skip rule?

Manage purchasing document approvals > terms approvals serial > using DOA "delegation of authority" structure

Requester "Grant Mullen" creates the PO, and the approval rule triggered the route of the requester's manager as expected.

However, the first manager "Charles VonDrehle" that has a job "TL-Non-Manager", need to be skipped and send the approval process to the second manager "Alan Waston"

How Could I setup an skip rule?
