Notification when the rules defined under the ruleset did not return any results

Hello,

We would like to be able to inform the person who submitted an AP invoice for Approval that the WF error message appeared:

"The rule defined under rule set XXXXXX did not return any results (FUN-720336)".

So when there is no active rule is identified and Transaction Console enabled, the invoices remain in status INITIATED>

What we want to achieve: to notify the task creator that there was an error in WF Approval for the invoice, so that he can take corrective actions.

Can you please advise us on how can this be achieved?
