Enabling duplicate Check for Accounts and Contacts in Redwood UI

Hello Oracle Community,

We configured the duplicate check for Accounts and Contacts and on the old/classic UI it works as intended and during the creation of an Account/Contact we get a pop-up window that a duplicate was found. Here is an example for Contacts:

If I create the same Account or Contact in the Redwood UI, I don't get this pop-up window and the Account/Contact is created.

Here are my questions?

  1. Is it possible to use the standard duplicate check for Redwood UI
  2. If it is possible, how to enable the standard duplicate check for Redwood UI
