Report using ascii text instead

I have a report that where I display the threads of the case and some threads display ascii text. I am unable to see how I can have it display the "real" text, like if you are looking at the case from the case workspace.

Example of Thread on the report:

Dear Tech Support
 
My report is still not working.
 
Please help!
