Redwood: How to set Calculate Rating button as Required

Summary:

Dear Team,

Our client needs the calculated rating button in a performance document to be required because it is easily skipped by Employees or Managers which causes a lot of set back and delay.

The aim is to make the "Calculate" button in the Overall Summary to be required that way no users "Worker" or "Manager" will be able to submit without clicking on it.

We tried VBS but cannot find the button to set it required.

What should we do ?
