Benefits OTBI reports are not visible to employee with BI roles

Summary:

An employee has the BI Author, BI Consumer & BI Admin roles but they are still not able to view any benefits report. They were able to view these reports earlier but now they do not see the reports itself in the folder. There has been no changes to the permissions of the reports. The employee is able to see BIP reports but not OTBI. They also have access to the subject area using which the report is built.
