Performance document approver unable to see participant feedback

Summary:

Approve Performance Document approval rule is set to second-level manager. When second level manager reviews the document for approval, they can see the employee and manager comments, but there is no way for them to view the participant feedback comments.

Is this a gap with redwood or is there another way in that I am not seeing?

They do not have the card at the top of the performance document to go to the participant feedback, nor can they use actions on the performance document to 'view participant feedback'.

My client would like this to be shown as a part of the approval process.
