Impact of DST on Reports

Hi! I can find limited information on this and hope someone can give me a better idea of the intended behavior. We are in EST and this past weekend we have the double hour. Now, some of our handle time reports are showing negative processing. 

For example, we use the user_trans table to calculate handle time of an incident. The Start Time was at 1:57AM and the End Time was at 1:00AM, right at the moment the time changed. I know that the chance of this error is small, but was wondering if this is the expected behavior or if others have seen this and have a way to adjust for it.
