Guided Journey - Manual Task - Reporting on how many clicks
Summary:
We have guided journeys set up to provide Manager's with instructions for managing their teams.
We would like to know the number of users that have clicked within a Manual Task provided via Guided Journey button on our UI pages . Is there a difference on availability if it is a Redwood page?
Is there any available reporting to get insight on how many "clicks" a Manual Task has received and by who?
There was an older CCC created on the same question but looking for other options besides an OGL Administrator delivered activity dashboard count and clarity on the reporting option.
