Disabling Performance tab from My Organization disabling it from everywhere

Summary:

We have a requirement where we have to disable performance tab in Me → Personal Info → My Organization for all people except for one role.

We have two custom roles, HR specialist role and another Performance specialist role which is not inheriting anything.

HR specialist role holder can see performance docs at every level from My Organization. But we want that only Performance specialist role holder should be able to see other people's performance. That is why I am trying to hide it through EL expression.

When I hide it through HCM experience design studio → Person spotlight → EL expression, then it restricts Performance from every person spotlight pages like my team, My information, My directory, which will affect other users.
