Login issues with candidates in China
Hi, We are experiencing ongoing issues with our candidates from China when interacting with ORC. Specifically, candidates frequently report not receiving the automated emails from Oracle needed to access the pre-onboarding steps. As a result, we often have to manually reset their usernames and passwords before they can log in.
Additionally, during the application stage, candidates often do not receive the two-factor authentication emails required to verify their identity, preventing them from accessing their profiles.
Once these candidates become employees, we no longer encounter access issues. However, we currently have no control over candidate access during the recruitment process.
These issues appear to be specific to China, possibly due to certain US sites being blocked there. Has anyone else encountered similar problems and found a potential workaround?
