Customizations in benefits is reflecting in learn page also.

I have done some page customizations in the benefits ESS page, under ME>>benefits>> Start enrollment>>Before you enroll»Under the 'Information' Section. Under the 'information section', a new text is added navigating employees to enroll into the plans as below

However, once the sandbox is published the same message is reflecting in the learn page as well. Under ME?? Learn» Navigating to the course, the message pops up as Warning message. Why is this scenario occurring and how to rectify that.

The below screenshot appears in Learn page
