Recruiting - How to set default Time Zone into Internal career site?

We would like to change the default value of the Time zone attribute into Job requisition

Hi,

When we go from My client groups → Recruiting → Job Requisitions → select a Job requisition and then going into the Posting tab, we have this view:

As you can see, the Time Zone has a default value, and we would like to change it, since we operate in UTC + 1 Time Zone; is it possible to change the default value?
