The measurements are not auto populating in Redwood for Performance Library goals ESS

We have measurements already defined in Performance Library goals but we have enabled redwood in the system and after which when an employee from ESS copies a library goal they do not see the measurements that are already present for that particular library goal and they only have an option of manually adding measurements.
