Unable to find DBI for Questionnaire which we use in Fast Formula in Performance Management

Hi,

We are unable to find the Data base item for Questionnaires.

We have a requirement where we want to calculate the Average based on questionnaires with help of Fast Formula. Can you please suggest how can this be achieved and which Data base item should we use in fast formula to calculate average in case of questionnaire.
