Hide the functional manager rating for employee in Pd

HI all,
the customer requirement is to hide the functional manager evaluation for employee, visible through 'show more' button (REDWOOD). The employee should see online the Line Manager evaluation and not the functional manager (matrix manager).

Is it possible maybe to hide it with VB studio?
