Error when Denying Suspended Benefit Plan Certification For EOI

Attempting to enter a Denied Date for a Suspended Voluntary Life Plan. We have the plan certification configured for 90 Days after event date. In this example the event is New Hire occurred on 4/22/2024 closed on 5/21/24. Pending Action due date was 7/21/2024. I entered several Denied dates and get the error listed in the print screen below.
I have included a print screen of the certification configuration and also the Plan Years.
