Prevent reversal of reconciled Manual Journals

Business has a requirement as below:

user create a manual journal

reconcile the manual journal with bank statement line

At this stage there are cases where users are trying to reverse these reconciled Journals. This is leading to manual intervention on the cash management statement lines to revert the same back to Un reconcile and etc.,

Considering above we are looking at options to customize the page to restrict the reversal by means of a warning/error pop-up or based on reconciled status condition the reversal tab should be disabled.

Please advise if this is possible or do we have any other means to achieve the customer needs.
