SSN Formatting Issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud National Identifier Field

Summary:

Issue: When candidates provide their sensitive information in the National Identifier field and select the USA option, the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system accepts Social Security Numbers (SSNs) in both formats—with or without hyphens. However, the standard SSN format is NNN-NN-NNNN, which includes hyphens.

Goal:
To ensure that candidates enter their SSN in the correct format with hyphens (NNN-NN-NNNN) when selecting the SSN option in the National Identifier field.
