Profiler notifications for Sales once leads qualify

Hello

is it possible to set an alert once contacts qualify, either by Lead scoring or by email / campaign engagement?

I have read about setting up activity notification for a contact (or a domain), but we don't want to be notified when certain pre-defined contacts / domains engage with our marketing campaigns but we'd rather be getting such notification(s) for all contacts that qualify or engage with our campaigns in a certain way.
