Can anyone please provide SQL query to fetch answers of questions configured using Configurable form

Summary:

Can anyone please provide SQL query to fetch onboarding answers of those questions configured using Configurable form (or Flex field PER_PERSON_ALLOCATED_TASKS_DFF)

I have added two screen shots, one is showing how it has been configured in system and second one showing the answers filled by the candidate during onboarding.

Here i need a SQL query to list these answers for a candidate.
