How to Extract Dropped Dependent Data in HCM CLoud for Benefits
Summary:
We have a requirement to send the dropped dependents, whether its in the same Enrollment period or in a seperate life event and there is no direct way.
We tried to make use of fast formulas as well(which will use the UE available to fetch the data).
we observed that if we are adding and dropping dependent in the same enrollment period/window, the dependent info is not available from the dependent User Entity BEN_EXT_ENRT_DPNT_UE. But the information is coming fine when we drop the dependent as part of a new life event.
Our requirement is, even when the dependent is dropped in same enrollment window, we need to inform the Vendor of the change.
