How to create derived factor for Work Force compensation Eligibility.

As of now, we have tried all the types of dates in Eligibility Profile Hire Date but it's not getting the LE changed employees.


In the below link, Oracle told me to use the Derived Factor to overcome this, but I did not get what Period Start Date Rule and Determination Rule I needed to select. Please help me on this.
