Our customer wants to to have Performance Documents route to the Manager’s Manager for review when the Manager submits their evaluation, and the Manager Overall Rating is either “Unsatisfactory” or “Needs Improvement”.

We want to know where we can setup this, whether it is set within the Document Template, or the Process Flows, or if it is to be set up in the Task Configuration within BPM Worklist, or all of the above.

We want suggestion on this and if any Oracle document is already there or anyone have developed this, please suggest.
