Hello team,
the customer asks to be able to assign tasks within the journey, for information purposes to different users, for example: to the future manager of the employee, to his HR etc.., all to inform these offices, of the entry of the new hire. These tasks must be assigned before the specific tasks relating to the employee, which must be present in a single journey.
Do you know if it is possible to configure this? and how?
To be considered that the journey must be related to the pre-boarding phase.
