Restrict National Identifier List of values
Summary:
Currently we are having 3 different national identifiers configured in HCM application for India legislation.
We want to ensure that while applying to the job through ORC the candidate provides with "Permanent Account Number" only.
Please note we cannot disable other options in HCM since those are needed for further processing after candidate joins the organization.
Is it feasible to restrict list of values on career site while applying to the job itself or validate "Permanent Account Number" before candidate submits their job application in ORC. This is to ensure duplicate check works seamlessly since all candidates will provide same national identifier which ensures highest duplicate flag gets enabled.
